In 2016, the market for domestic retail end western medicine was 120.7 billion yuan, accounting for 49.52 percent of the total retail terminal drug market, according to China's CMH data. Among them, the TOP100 variety sold 82 billion yuan, or 73.30 percent of the market for the western pharmaceutical market. 

 

On the list, the top 100 list is compound calcium carbonate (calcium carbonate + D3), which has topped the list for many years. The total sales of TOP10 were 24.4 billion yuan, of which the increase was in ntikavir, which moved from ninth to third. In addition, the new face in the TOP100, pidomoder, jumped to 70 from 130 in 2015. The biggest category in the TOP100 is the digestive and metabolic drugs, with a total of 20.3 billion yuan, a total of 26 varieties, followed by cardiovascular drugs, at 19.3 billion yuan.
